Opportunity Radar Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Zomuva operates Opportunity Radar, a private local research tool that uses YouTube API Services. It applies specifically to Opportunity Radar and supplements Zomuva's general store privacy information.

1. Service operator

Opportunity Radar is operated by Zomuva. Privacy questions and deletion requests can be sent to 0205jir@gmail.com.

2. Use of YouTube API Services

Opportunity Radar uses the YouTube Data API to retrieve non-authorized information that YouTube makes public. By using Opportunity Radar, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

3. Information accessed

The tool may access public video and channel identifiers, titles, descriptions, publication dates, duration, categories, language, captions availability, public view, like and comment counts, public subscriber and channel statistics, and a limited sample of public comment text. Public comment authors and profile information are not stored in the research history.

4. Information not accessed

The current tool does not use Google or YouTube OAuth, does not ask users to sign in, and does not access private YouTube accounts, private channel analytics, browsing or watch history, passwords, contact information, revenue, impressions, click-through rate, audience retention or private traffic-source data.

5. How information is used

Public API data is used to search and rank recent videos, compare public performance, identify channels with unusually high public views relative to public subscriber counts, summarize recurring topics and help the operator evaluate possible content niches. It is not used for surveillance, identity profiling or decisions about individuals.

6. Independently calculated metrics

Opportunity Radar calculates values such as views per day, views-to-subscribers ratio, engagement rate, freshness signals and opportunity scores. These are independent Zomuva calculations based on public API data. They are not metrics supplied, verified or endorsed by YouTube.

7. Storage and retention

The application runs locally on a computer controlled by the operator. Its research history stores only video identifiers, observation dates, public view counts and public subscriber counts needed to compare changes over time. Non-authorized YouTube API statistics are deleted or refreshed within 30 calendar days. Public comment text is processed temporarily for topic signals and is not retained in the research history. A longer retention period will not be used unless YouTube explicitly approves it. API credentials are stored locally and are not displayed publicly.

8. Sharing and sale

Zomuva does not sell Opportunity Radar data or share it with advertisers or data brokers. The tool communicates with Google/YouTube only as needed to request YouTube API data. Data may be disclosed when required by law or to protect the security and legal rights of the service.

9. Data controls and deletion

Requests to inspect or delete information held by Opportunity Radar may be sent to 0205jir@gmail.com. Verified deletion requests will be completed as soon as reasonably possible and no later than 30 days. Although the current tool does not request Google account authorization, users can review and revoke any third-party Google permissions at Google Security Settings.

10. Security

Zomuva uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including local credential storage, restricted API credentials and limited data collection. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
