ZOMUVA Product Studio currently sells creative services and digital deliverables only. We do not ship physical products.

How projects are delivered

Drafts, previews, and final files may be delivered by email, secure download link, shared workspace, or another digital method agreed with the client. The delivery method and included file formats may vary by project.

Production schedule

The expected schedule begins after payment is received, the project scope is confirmed, and the client provides the required product information, brand materials, files, and approvals. Estimated delivery dates are provided in the project confirmation or proposal.

Client delays

Missing assets, delayed feedback, changes in scope, or delayed approvals may move the delivery date. Zomuva will communicate material schedule changes as soon as reasonably possible.

File review

Clients should review delivered files promptly and report download problems, missing files, or technical defects. Requests that change the approved concept or confirmed scope may require an additional quote.
